CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
1. Niragh Foods Private Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Niragh Foods shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.
2. Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only before the Order has been shipped. Cancellation of the order through online, in my account section only it the product has not been shipped.
You as a customer can also cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit , which can be used on future purchases .
3.If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
1. We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure that it is delivered intact by our partner associates.
In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action. However all approval of returns is subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
2. However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case, we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details including the picture of the product. Please contact customer support for help.
In the event of cancellation/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy(only cases where it is proven that damage to packaging happened before delivery and/ or wrong product being shipped), Niragh Foods shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
Niragh Foods will refund a consumer only after the consignment is received at the Konana Kunte facility( as mentioned in our website) within 10 working days.
The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy on as mentioned here, liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.
