2. Debit Card
3. Net banking
4. Payment using UPI App

We do not support Cash on Delivery. Order will get processed only after full payment done for the entire order.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

Our customers’ entire Credit Card Authorization is done using through highly secure Payment Gateway. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 15 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at  contact@niraghfoods.com

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on contact@niraghfoods.com  with your order number for any clarification.

In rare cases of you made the payment and we are unable to  deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the entire order will stand revoked and the amount will be refunded back to you within 15 days to your account.

2. Shipping  Policy

How much are the shipping charges?
At the time of check out, nominal shipping charges will be automatically calculated depending on the delivery address.

What if I am not home at the time of order delivery?
Our logistics vendors, will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver at your given delivery address. So if you miss your delivery on first attempt you can always grab it at second or third.

If I am not home, can anyone else receive the order?
In case the person who placed the order is not available at the delivery address, any person available at the delivery address (residential or otherwise) can receive the Products. This will be considered as order delivered.

What is the estimated shipping time? How will I know when the order is shipped?
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Usually it takes about 3-4 business days for the products to be shipped.

Once the order is made, can the order be cancelled?
The order placed by the Customer /Guest can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.
For orders that have already been shipped, there will be no refunds made except for damage of packaging, and wrong product shipped. Please refer our “Cancellations and Returns Policy” for further details.
